Two common insurance terms associated with Dental plans include PPO and the HMO. Under
the PPO plans, the companies the dentists are put under the list of preferred providers as they participate in the dental plan. When this dental insurance is taken by customers, they are subject to
limitations. They can only meet the specified list of dentists listed , it pays only a specified % of the treatment etc. The PPO plans will cover dental
cleanups, dental sealants, x-rays etc up to 80% . Partial dentures ,caps, bridgework etc are only 50% covered.

www.denplan.co.uk
Denplan was set up in 1986 by two dentists who wanted to offer patients more
than the NHS dentistry system allowed. They wanted to create a system that would
simplify administration and allow dentists to spend more time with their
patients and less on paperwork, focusing on preventive oral healthcare and
providing high quality treatment.
